Your location is required when you check-in and check-out to make sure you are doing so at the event. In some cases, you may have denied location access in the past and need to enable it to allow check-ins and check-outs from your mobile device.
Mobile App users:
- iPhone / iPad: Make sure "Eventing Volunteers" is set to "While In Use" under Location Services. Click here for more details.
- Android: Make sure "Eventing Volunteers" is allowed to access your location in your phone settings. Click here for more details.

- iPhone / iPad: Make sure "Safari" or "Chrome" is set to "While In Use" under Location Services. Click here for more details.
