Volunteer hours have to be approved to be counted in the leaderboards. Follow the following steps to approve the hours of your volunteers:
- Go to your event. This will show all your volunteers in a list.
- Look for volunteers with a status in orange with the number of hours they volunteered.
- Click the green "+" sign to the left of a volunteer name to show all their signups.
- Verify the check-in and check-out times.
- Click the check-box in the orange box displaying the total hours of the signup to approve the hours.
