There can be several reasons. Please check the status of your hours by going to your volunteer dashboard. This will present you with your current signups. You can check past signups by clicking the "My Signups" tab and select "Past Signups". This will show all your past signups and their current status.

Hours in orange are pending coordinator approval. Hours in green are confirmed. If no hours are shown, then no hours have been submitted by you or assigned by the volunteer coordinator.

The volunteer coordinator is responsible for assigning and approving hours. Please contact the event directly by clicking the yellow envelope icon on the event signup page or on your signups in the volunteer dashboard.
